One of my wife Liz and my favourite stretches of the 125 mile long Anglesey Coastal Path is at Moelfre, on the east coast of the island.

The North Wales coast is a great place for photography and time lapse, especially at times of extreme tidal range.
But on this particular evening earlier this month it took real dedication to stand over my camera for a couple of hours.

Well I wasn't expecting that!
A billowing layer of sea fog over the Mawddach estuary on welsh coast at Fairbourne put paid to our plans for an evening at the seaside.
But the view out over the estuary from Cregennan Lakes, high in the Snowdonia mountains, more than made up for the lack of beach!
