Surely one of the most iconic views in North Wales.
This scene, looking out over the Menai Straits from the Anglesey side towards Snowdonia has it all.
Mountains, forests, sea, pasture, and of course the wonderful feat of engineering that is the Thomas Telford suspension bridge, spanning the narrowest part of the Straits.
I've lost count of the number of times my wife Liz and I have parked up to admire and photograph this view, each time seeing some new aspect thanks to the ever changing weather, light and tidal conditions that the North Wales coast is renowned for.
This particular late afternoon in May was definately on the benign side, with warm sun and fluffy cumulus clouds over the mountains but believe me - it's not always like this!
