The coronavirus lockdown of Spring 2020 gave my wife Liz and I the opportunity to more fully explore the semi-rural countryside around our home in Buckley, North Wales.
For me, Spring is one of the best times of the year, with fresh new growth and flowers adorning the paths, hedgerows and gardens, and what better way to see all this beauty close up is to take a walk, camera in hand of course.
Even wandering along a row of houses in an estate can reveal lovely details to enjoy, such as this patch of vididly coloured peony flowers growing on a bush right alogside the pavement as we walked along.
