Where else would you want to be on a beautiful sunny winter's day than at the beach?
And Prestatyn beach on the North Wales coast looks pretty spectacular under these conditions, with the low angled winter sun picking out the forms and textures of the protective rocks over an outflow conduit as it snakes its way across the sand, while on the far horizon the turbines of the offshore Gwynt-y-Môr wind farm gleam in the bright sunlight.
Such good weather days are a rarity here in North Wales in winter, and are to be enjoyed to the full!
