Dusk on the North Wales coast and the lights of Colwyn Bay are starting to shine out over the Irish Sea as I huddle over my camera on the seafront at Rhos-on-Sea, taking the hundreds of exposures needed to make my Rhos-on-sea Timelapse #5 video.
I've chosen this frame to present as a stand-alone image, as the balance between the cool blue natural light of dusk is perfectly balanced with the warm orange of the Colwyn Bay streetlights in the far distance.
Completing the composition is an old wooden jetty, just about fully revealed by the receding tide.
A wonderful evening in a wonderful place.
