An afternoon and evening spent exploring one of our favourite North Wales beauty spots, the beach at Porth Dafarch on the Isle of Anglesey, ended with a brief diversion to Holyhead Port to take a look at the 'Sir David Attenborough' artic exploration vessel, currently undergoing trials before heading off into the wide blue yonder.
The ship was impressively lit against the darkening twilight sky, and well worth pulling over into a convenient layby to take a look at and grab a couple of photos before the drive back home.
