A hidden gem on the coast of the beautiful Isle of Anglesey, North Wales, this is the secluded bay at Ynys Y Fyldyn.
Accessible only by foot along the Anglesey coastal path or by boat, there are rarely more than a couple of people enjoying this remote spot at any one time.
The geology of this stretch of coast is fascinating and visually stunning, with cliffs, caves, sea arches and a shoreline composed of a large variety of different coloured rocks to delight the eyes.
To capture this image I lurched and stumbled over rocks and through pools to get to the water's edge at low tide, giving me this view of a sea cave at the base of the cliff opposite me and with those lovely rocks in the foreground.
