Llandudno, the jewel in the crown of North Wales seaside resort towns!
Situated on a low lying peninsula, bounded at either end by the limestone headlands of the Little Orme to the east and the Great Orme to the west, Llandudno is a visual treat, and there's many different ways to take striking photographs here.
For this time lapse video clip, I parked myself on the slopes of the Great Orme, overlooking the North Shore promenade just at the end of the day as darkness was falling and the lights of the seaside hotels were gaining in intensity.
There's nothing much radical happening here, just a lovely scene slowly fading to darkness, with the lights of the promenade reflecting in the waters of the Irish Sea at high tide.
A gentle, peaceful evening scene.
