A lovely calm, peaceful evening on the North Wales coast, and my wife Liz and I had just got back from a walk along the seafront promenade at Llanfairfechan as the sun was setting behind a slow moving bank of cloud.
With delicately lit clouds reflecting in the still waters of the Irish Sea at high tide, the scene was set for a time lapse filming session, which lasted until the light levels had fallen away and a bank of heavier cloud rolled across the sky.
Not a dramatic scene by any means, but nonetheless a wonderful time spent just immersed in the sights, sounds and smells of the seashore.
Once I'd finished shooting the stills for my Llanfairfechan Timelapse #9 video I also shot this few seconds of live action video, complete with the sounds of the sea, just to give an idea of how lovely this part of the North Wales coast can be.
