A couple of days' holiday on the beautiful Gower Peninsula on the South Wales coast found my wife Liz and I exploring the delights of Rhossili and the Worm's Head.
The view out over the huge expanse of wave washed beach at low tide was just stunning, and with fast moving clouds overhead creating a patchwork of light and shadow on the sands below the scene was set for a half hour's worth of time lapse video shooting.
So while we sat eating our picnic in the sunshine the camera clicked away recording this lovely scene to be enjoyed again and again.
If you look carefully you can seeing tiny people scurrying around like ants far below, which gives an idea of the scale of this amazing stretch of coast.
